Nadia S Matos Santos
(Integrative Counsellor, Homeopath
&
Wellbeing Coach )

I bring a unique blend of medical knowledge and holistic practice to counselling, offering a powerful, whole-person approach to healing and transformation.
Through personalised, trauma-informed and evidence-based strategies, I support you to break through patterns, build resilience, and step into a more aligned and empowered version of yourself, honouring your individuality, including neurodivergence.
This is more than counselling, it’s a space for deep change, clarity, and growth.

" I value honesty, transparency, awareness, change and lifelong
Learning! "

Karuna
(Psychologist, Counsellor & Social Worker)
I am an emerging counsellor with over twelve years of experience in psychology and social care across diverse cultural contexts, including Middle East. I am currently completing my Australian master’s degree in counselling.
My work has shown me that human beings are deeply complex. What may appear as resistance is often fear. What may look like weakness can be exhaustion. And what we call “healing” is often a process of remembering who we were before survival became necessary.
Compassionate, Depth-Oriented Counselling. Supporting individuals navigating complexity, trauma, and meaningful life transitions.
We also work in partnership with:
