Children & Youth

MindRiver Center is a safe and supportive space for young people to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy ways of coping.

Working with children and adolescents in a gentle, age-appropriate way, helping them better understand their inner world while feeling seen, heard, and supported. Sessions are tailored to each young person’s unique needs, including neurodivergent experiences, and may include creative, conversational, and body-based approaches.
