"Every thought changes the rhythm of breath, and every breath changes the rhythm of thinking"

Greetings
Sometimes clarity changes more than advice ever could. We spend years learning how to
solve problems. Far fewer of us learn how to listen to ourselves. Counselling is not about
finding perfect answers. It is about recognising the patterns that quietly shape our lives,
discovering new possibilities, and making choices that feel more aligned with who we are
becoming.

My practice draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
-
Existential Therapy
Alongside these approaches, I bring experience in psychology and social care across
diverse cultural contexts, including the Middle East, supporting people from a wide range of
backgrounds and life experiences. Listen differently. We spend years learning how to solve
problems. Far fewer of us learn how to listen to ourselves.
Counselling is not about finding perfect answers. It is about recognising the patterns that
quietly shape our lives, discovering new possibilities, and making choices that feel more
aligned with who we are becoming.
How I work
Every person arrives with a different story. Rather than following a single model, I draw on a
range of therapeutic approaches mentioned above to meet each person where they are.
My work is trauma-informed and is always shaped by the individual, rather than expecting
the individual to fit the approach.
Experience
My professional path has taken me through psychology and social care across diverse
cultural settings, including the Middle East. Working with people from different cultures,
languages and life experiences has continually reminded me that while our stories differ,
many of the questions we carry are deeply human and remarkably universal.
The conversation
Whether you are navigating anxiety, change, loss, relationships, or simply sensing that life
no longer feels the way it once did, counselling offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and
move forward with greater clarity. Sometimes a conversation does not change the world
around us.
Instead, it changes the way we meet it.
